Rich, toasty cumin flavor greets the palate and resonates through every bite. Drizzle on sweet potato slices with a little sea salt and bake. Do the same with pumpkin seeds. Brown chicken in it for chicken chili. Warmed with a little cream and brown sugar it’s lovely over squash or pumpkin ravioli. Also, try replacing the oil ingredient in pumpkin bars or carrot cake with Toasted Cumin oil. Great flavor that enhances but never overpowers.
