Shipping policy
We promise to ship each WiscoBox within three business days of the order but we will always strive for a two-day turnaround. We do not ship perishable items to out-of-state addresses on Thursdays or Fridays unless you select overnight shipping.
We reserve the right to hold shipments in extreme weather (high heat or below zero temps) that may cause damage to items in the box. Items will be shipped as quickly as possible once conditions have returned to a level that is safe for shipping the items in question.
Federal law prohibits us from selling and shipping boxes that contain alcohol to anyone under 21 years of age. All shipments containing alcohol are carried by FedEx and require a signature. The signer must be at least 21 years of age.
Interstate shipping regulations do limit the states to which our boxes that contain wine can be shipped. Currently we are shipping directly to Alaska, California, Idaho, Missouri, New Mexico, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Washington D.C. and Wyoming and through our sister company, Botham Vineyards & Winery, to: Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Minnesota, Michigan, Montana and Vermont.
