When will my order ship?

We promise to ship each WiscoBox within five business days of the order but we will always strive for a three-day turnaround. We do not ship perishable items on Thursdays or Fridays unless you select overnight shipping.

The shipping method you select at checkout and the gift’s destination will determine the estimated date of arrival, typically two to four days.  Need a gift like, yesterday? While we can’t necessarily work miracles, contact us and we’ll do our best to put an exquisite gift in the recipient’s hands as quickly as possible.

 

How do WiscoBoxes ship?

Each WiscoBox is carefully packed in our signature red gift box and sealed with a red grosgrain ribbon. The box is both beautiful and substantial and is meant to be part of the gift — use it to store keepsakes, mail, knickknacks — or, as packaging for another gift. Each box ships inside an outer shipping box so it will arrive as beautiful as the day it was packed.

WiscoBoxes that contain wine will ship via FedEx. Interstate shipping regulations do limit the states to which our boxes that contain wine can be shipped. Currently we are shipping directly to Alaska, California, Idaho, Missouri, New Mexico, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Washington D.C. and Wyoming and through our sister company, Botham Vineyards & Winery, to: Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Minnesota, Michigan, Montana and Vermont. Boxes that do not contain wine can be shipped via USPS or FedEx, as selected at checkout.

 

Can I include a personalized note?

Of course, just type your note in the space provided at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest. Each note is handwritten and included inside the WiscoBoxes gift before it’s wrapped.

 

This is a gift; I don’t want receipts or prices included.

We understand that WiscoBoxes are mainly sent as gifts so we never include receipts or packing slips in any of our boxes. We know that you always remove price tags from items you are gifting and we’ll do the same. Order confirmations and updates are sent to the purchaser by email.

 

Is it possible to pick up my order?

Yes, if you’re in the Madison or Mount Horeb area, just select “pick up” in the shipping section and we’ll send an email to let you know that your WiscoBoxes order is ready.

 

Can I ship WiscoBoxes to multiple addresses?

Yes, you can ship gifts to multiple addresses. Please select the items you'd like and once you reach the CART page, simply check the SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES box at the top of the page and follow the instructions. What is your return and exchange policy?

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING PERISHABLES -- We require 2-day shipping for all boxes containing perishables (cheese, sausage, chocolate) for delivery addresses that are outside Wisconsin. If your order includes any of these items and will be shipped beyond Wisconsin's borders, please select UPS or FedEx 2-day shipping. We also reserve the right to hold shipments if the temperature is above 80 degrees F or below 20 degrees F (shipping wine). ADDITIONALLY, WE DO NOT SHIP BOXES THAT CONTAIN PERISHABLES TO OUT-OF-STATE DESTINATIONS AFTER WEDNESDAY EACH WEEK. Thanks so much.
