Fruit-forward, earthy and filled with rich, spicy substance that illuminates its fig, date, raisin and berry wit, Field 3 ages well, gaining splendor and round softness in the bottle. Serve Field 3 with steak, steak, steak … with mushrooms and melted Bleu Cheese, creamy mashed potatoes and crisp asparagus.
